AI into everyday business process.He said that first, SMEs must understand what AI does to everyday business operations and how to leverage on its performance for growth and expansion.In the global business world, AI is playing a critical role for business development and many others. “It enables SME, entrepreneurship operations faster in terms of drawing proposals, decision-making, documentation, monitor your revenue process, monitor your competitors, get investors, improve customer communication. You can use AI to measure your impute.
AI can help you reposition your business on social media where it can attract your targeted audience.Odude said, “SMEs don’t need big infrastructure to start operating, they can start small, and go forAI packages that are not expensive that can help them incorporate into their business. Again, he warned users that AI cannot do everything for you as many people so rely on it.
“Even when you have submitted documents for performance you need also to verify what AI has done to ensure that it is in proper perspective”.In addition, Head, Online Banking – Digital Channels at FirstBank Nigeria Limited, Olufemi Odumuboni said that FirstBank has built presently 19 platforms for SMEs and other business customers.
“The platforms are designed to provide seamless digital operations and to give SMEs loans for business growth. When once an account is opened it enables them to operate from their comfort zones. We’ve built internet online platform to enable you do your transactions online.
Other digital platforms as mentioned above where SMEs are provided digital platforms to obtain loans, and other platforms where they can make payment from their Naira account here to other neighbouring countries etc”.This is what FirstBank is doing to small business operators scale up their operation and grow.
