The Enugu State Government has urged able-bodied youths to apply for the ongoing Nigerian Army recruitment and make a career within the army.
The Commissioner for Information and Communication, Dr Malachy Agbo, said this in a statement issued on Thursday and made available to newsmen in Enugu.
According to him, the state government wishes to inform the general public, especially eligible youths, that the online application for the Nigerian Army Recruitment Exercise for 91 Regular Recruits Intake has commenced.
He said that the application, which is free of charge, opened on March 30 and will close on May 17, 2026.
“Interested applicants are to apply via the official portal: https://recruitment.army.mil.ng. All applications will be screened online, and successful candidates will be shortlisted for the physical screening exercise at the Headquarters, 82 Division, Abakpa Barracks”.
Agbo encouraged eligible youths of the state to take advantage of this opportunity and submit their applications before the deadline.
